The general partner of the NON-PROFIT FOUNDATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND CULTURAL PROJECTS "AL MAQAM", represented by Professor Efim Anatolievich Rezvan, is the Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography named after Peter the Great (Kunstkamera) of the Russian Academy of Sciences - successor to the first state public museum, the famous Kunstkamera, founded by Peter I in 1714.
